These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, including our tweed woolen fabric products and related services.

Minimum Order Quantities

Our business model focuses on B2B sales with minimum order quantities starting from 300 meters per design or color. We do not sell cut lengths or retail quantities to individual consumers.

Product Specifications

All product specifications, including weight, composition, and dimensions, are provided as reference. Minor variations within industry standards are acceptable and do not constitute grounds for rejection.

Sampling Policy

We provide yardage samples (50-100m) for bulk evaluation. Small swatches are for reference only and cannot serve as the sole basis for bulk orders. Sample charges may apply and are typically deducted from bulk orders.

Payment terms vary by customer type and order size. Small B customers typically require 100% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) payment. Larger orders may be eligible for alternative payment arrangements including Letters of Credit.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. All prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless explicitly stated.

Currency fluctuations, raw material price changes, or other market conditions may affect pricing between quote and order confirmation.

We maintain strict quality control standards and provide products that meet agreed specifications within industry-standard tolerances. Our fabrics are tested for performance characteristics including color fastness, pilling resistance, and dimensional stability.

Due to the nature of tweed fabrics using multicolor blended yarns, minor batch-to-batch variations in exact fiber percentages are technically unavoidable. We guarantee consistent visual appearance and performance characteristics within the same recipe system.

Claims regarding quality issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery with supporting documentation and fabric samples.

Lead times for custom orders typically range from 25-35 days, while ready stock items can be dispatched within 3-7 days. These timeframes are estimates and may vary based on production capacity, raw material availability, and shipping conditions.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend appropriate insurance coverage for international shipments.

Delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, or government actions, do not constitute breach of contract.

All content on this website, including designs, patterns, images, and text, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Custom designs developed exclusively for specific customers remain the property of those customers. Standard designs and patterns in our catalog may be offered to multiple customers.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of use.

Any claims must be made in writing within the specified timeframes. Failure to inspect goods promptly upon receipt may limit available remedies.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Business information shared for order processing and customer service purposes is kept confidential and used solely for conducting business activities.

We do not sell, trade, or share customer information with third parties except as necessary for order fulfillment and shipping purposes.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial law. Any disputes arising from these terms or business relationships shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

For significant changes that may affect existing orders or agreements, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to affected customers.
